White Chocolate Snicker-doodle Cookies...and your life will never be the same.

Seriously though, these are one of the BEST cookies we've ever had, and we certainly think of ourselves as cookie connoisseurs. Sarah got this recipe from a friend and we've been obsessed!!! These cookies are AMAZING for any occasion but we think they have a bit of a festive holiday flavor to them...you know, because of all the delicious cinnamon!

Ingredients


  • 2 1/4 C flour

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz) white chocolate instant pudding mix

  • 1 C unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/4 C granulated sugar

  • 3/4 C brown sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

  • 1/3 C sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon


Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare baking sheets by lining with parchment paper.

  • In large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and white chocolate pudding mix. Set aside.

  • In your standing mixer, cream together butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and brown sugar. Add eggs and mix together.

  • Slowly add bowl of dry ingredients until mixed.

  • Lastly, add white chocolate chips.

Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

  • Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

  • Scoop our cookie dough and roll into balls.

  • Roll cookie dough balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.

  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
